Join us at the Macmillan De’Longhi Art Auction
As a brand dedicated to design and innovation, we are delighted to be again sponsoring the annual Macmillan De’Longhi Art Auction, an event that will raise awareness of Macmillan Cancer Support whilst supporting the art community.
Taking place at The Avenue, St James’s, on 23rd September 2008, a range of high calibre art will be auctioned to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. The event has already attracted donations by high profile artists such as Damien Hirst, Mary McCartney, Gavin Turk, Sir Peter Blake, Norman Ackroyd and Sacha Jafri, to name but a few.
Building on the success of last year, the auction is expected to raise more than £100,000 to help Macmillan provide practical, medical, emotional and financial support to people affected by cancer.
With the theme of Living Innovation, the auction will be supporting Macmillan’s largest event, the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning, which last year raised over £7.5 million to improve the lives of people living with cancer.
